2013

March 18

We would like to thank everyone for supporting us and making the Pancake Breakfasts a success!!!

We also have a note from the camping committee below and some updates on our Contact Us page including the Camping form.

"Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year……………..
It’s that time of year again to pay your dues and to think about camping for the Rally, September 5th thru the 8th, 2013. We want to remind everyone that they will need a copy of their updated membership card, a check and a camping application fill out for each camp site needed.

That prompts me to remind everyone to renew their membership for the current year. This is not a public camp ground, therefore each person wishing to camp for the rally must be a member of the WNY GAS & STEAM ENGINE ASSOCIATION to be able to camp on the grounds for the show.

At this time we want to everyone know that the overflow camping on the Walker Road entrance, behind the camping shed will be changed this year. The small engine group will now be moved to that area. We are moving the overflow camping to the Gas well Road overflow area. We will also have some other areas available. Also any campers that comes after 8 pm will be held in the area of the camping shed till 8 am the next morning.

Camping applications will be in the March & April newsletter.

Lou, Tony and I are looking forward to seeing everyone again this year and having a great year in 2013.
